Zen Soundcheck Audio release Chrissy v1.0
Chrissy is a free PC VST plug-in designed for adding lo-fi distortion and aliasing effects to vocals, though it can also be used on guitars, synths and drum beats.
The quirky plug-in, which can operate in mono or stereo, is divided into several sections. Lo-fi downgrades the quality of the signal, Catfight adds digital aliasing effects, Sweep allows the user to filter and smooth out the distortion and Touch is a saturation effect. Chrissy v1.0 also has a low cut filter.
