Stereo 100/150W combo guitar amps for under £300

Blackstar’s ID:Core series of amps has grown up with the new 100 and 150 models being shown at this week’s NAMM show in Anaheim, California. The amp makers have taken their range of practice amps and increased the size and power to make them suitable for live performance. The two models being previewed at the show are the ID:Core Stereo 100 and 150 — which deliver 100W and 150W respectively two a pair of 10-inch speakers.
The amps also feature an integral looper that’s controlled via the included footswitch and an octaver effect. What’s more, the price is really rather low, given the features: around £220 for the 100W version and about £299 for the 150W. They are set to ship in May.
