Based on AAS's Lounge Lizard EP3 electric piano-modelling virtual instrument, Lounge Lizard Session features four presets from the EP3's line-up of electric piano models. There are three Rhodes emulations and a Wurlitzer preset, along with a range of effects that includes distortion, tremolo and chorus.
Lounge Lizard Session can be used as a stand-alone device, or as a plug-in using Direct X, VST, Audio Units or RTAS (Mac OS only) formats. It will run on PCs with Windows 98 or newer, and Macs with OS X v10.2 or newer. Intel Mac support is coming soon via a free crossgrade.
Currently, Lounge Lizard Session is only available for download from AAS's web site, costing $99. The full Lounge Lizard EP3 plug-in is distributed in the UK by SCV.
