“We’ve been fortunate enough to get our products into the hands of the right people at the right time,” noted Eric Strouth, Founder of Locomotive Audio. “Our endorsers’ favor of Locomotive Audio is just a testament of how working hard and bringing an honest, sonically stellar product to the market can turn into a success story.”
Locomotive’s “old school” approach places emphasis on quality over quantity in its painstakingly handmade and handwired tube recording equipment. This ethos is also echoed in its current offering of only two products, a two-channel mic preamplifier and mono vari-mu style compressor.
The Locomotive Audio 286A preamplifier and 14B compressor are available now directly from their website.
