pointblank Music School have announced the grand opening of a new 30,000-square-foot campus in Shoreditch, London. Aiming to set a new standard in music education, the cutting-edge facility houses no fewer than 13 world-class studios, providing an innovative learning environment tailored to the next generation of music producers, DJs, vocalists, songwriters, music business and creative software professionals.
The institution say that they are committed to providing exceptional music education, with their courses all delivered by expert lecturers who are also active professionals in their respective industries. They been awarded TEF Gold (Teaching Excellence Framework) status, the highest rating given by the UK government for outstanding teaching and learning quality.

Studio Facilities
At the heart of the new campus are 13 state-of-the-art studios, including:
- Two immersive Dolby Atmos studios fitted with SSL Duality Delta and SSL Origin consoles, Adam Audio S Series monitoring and Pro Tools HDX systems, offering students the most advanced spatial audio experience available.
- A fully equipped DJ Performance studio, developed in collaboration with Pioneer DJ, featuring 16 DJ workstations with industry-leading gear such as the OPUS-QUAD, DJM-A9, CDJ 3000s and DJS 1000.
- Six cutting-edge music production studios, including dedicated Ableton Push 3 suites, allowing students to master real-time production and performance techniques.
- A specialist MuSE (Music Production & Software Engineering) classroom, fully kitted out with dual-screen Windows and Mac setups, enabling students to code and develop software for both platforms.
- Music Business classrooms, where students can delve into artist management, label operations, and music marketing, preparing them for careers in A&R, event promotion, and the wider music industry.
pointblank Music School's Studio 13 is dedicated to DJ performance, and is sponsored by Pioneer DJ & AlphaTheta.
The Campus
The Hub is a social space that can be used to host live events.The new campus has been designed to inspire creativity, collaboration and live performance. It centres around The Hub, a vibrant social and event space that acts as the school’s central gathering point.
Equipped with a live stage and professional PA system, The Hub hosts student showcases for vocalists and DJs, live gigs, industry masterclasses, networking events and exclusive performances linked to pointblank Recordings, the school’s in-house record label.
Open for Applications
The new campus is now open, and is welcoming students interested in Music Production & Sound Engineering, DJ Performance, Songwriting, Vocal Performance, Radio, Music Business and Music Production & Software Engineering (MuSE) degree programmes.
