The latest version of Arturia’s powerful all-in-one virtual instrument collection is now available, bringing a total of seven new additions to the table. Alongside the new content, Arturia have also announced the introduction of V Collection Intro, a new entry-level version of the bundle that offers a curated selection of 10 instruments. The full collection of 45 instruments will now be known as V Collection Pro.
What’s New?
The latest version of V Collection introduces the following seven new instruments:
- Pure LoFi: A plug-in dedicated to crafting authentic-sounding lo-fi sounds. Includes nine vintage hardware emulations along with a selection of filters and other sound-design tools.
- Jup-8000: A meticulous recreation of Roland’s popular JP-8000 synth. Includes its renowned supersaw oscillator, and boasts a comprehensive selection of built-in effects and modulation capabilities.
- SEM V: Described as the modern evolution of the legendary Oberheim SEM, the instrument brings the unmistakable tone of the original instrument into the modern production environment.
- MiniBrute V: A software version of Arturia’s very own MiniBrute synth. Promises to deliver the same aggressive and unruly character as its hardware counterpart.
- Synthx V: An emulation of the sought-after Elka Synthex that captures its renowned SEM 3320 filter and praised chorus effect.
- Augmented Mallets: Blends the percussive and harmonic charm of the marimba, vibraphone, celeste and tubular bells with cutting-edge synthesis.
- Augmented Yangtze: Combines samples of traditional Chinese instruments with an array of synthesis and sound-design tools.
One of the new additions to V Collection recreates Roland's JP-8000.
Augmented V2
Users of V Collection 11 Pro now have access to the entire suite of Augmented libraries, which also happen to have received an update of their own. Each of the offerings in the series now benefit from an overhauled design, new features and an updated set of sample content and factory preset banks. Augmented Strings, for example, has gained 22 new chamber strings articulations that bridge the gap between solo and orchestral strings, while Augmented Voices now boasts a 22-piece choir performing 18 articulations; both libraries have also been kitted out with a new 200-preset factory bank.

- Seven New Wallpapers: Designed to create a stronger connection with the instrument. Dynamically change depending on what engine configuration is selected.
- Engine Access & Swapping: Users can swap between all available engines, access the engine browser, toggle engines on or off, and ‘roll the dice’ with the Random Engine Preset feature.
- Updated Layout & Controls: Macros are now better grouped for a seamless workflow, and Mod Wheel to Morph integration enables quick, expressive control.

- Macros: Now prominently displayed for easier setup.
- Morphing Enhancements: New Morph Curves (Crossover, Additive, Custom) for smoother transitions.
- Modulation & Modulators: Drag-and-drop modulation, Mod Page removed, expanded modulation options, and quick Mod Wheel setup.
- Arpeggiator Updates: Added Chance Lane, Auto Regen for evolving patterns, and Cycles feature for intricate phrases.
- Filter Upgrade: Per-part filter bypass for more precise sound design, plus an improved Comb Filter.
- Effects Enhancements: Send Routing Mode for Delay/Reverb, new effect selector, and expanded modulation options.
Compatibility
V Collection 11 is supported on PCs running Windows 10 or higher, and Macs running macOS 11 and above. VST, AU and AAX plug-ins are available.
