Wolff Audio announce Dante & USB-C options for ProPatch

Digitally controlled patchbay to gain A-D/D-A expansion cards

Wolff Audio ProPatch 128R digitally controlled remote analogue patchbay TT Bantam

Wolff Audio have announced that the ProPatch 128R, their digitally controlled analogue patchbay system, will soon be offered with the option of Dante or USB-C expansion cards.

The new modules will add 32-bit/192kHz A-D and D-A converters to the ProPatch unit, allowing it to be integrated into hybrid studios without the need for external converters. The device itself, meanwhile, maintains its ’straight-wire’ signal path between all of the analogue hardware that users have connected, with all of the routing configuration taken care of by Wolff Audio’s software. The two new cards will provide users with a choice of Dante or USB-C connectivity, and as well as being compatible with all existing units, users will be able to carry out the upgrade themselves.

"By integrating premium conversion with our unique analogue matrix, we've created something entirely new: a DAW interface seamlessly integrated into a digitally controlled analogue patchbay. The ProPatch can serve as a studio's only interface, or be used as part of a larger system. It is a ‘Swiss Army’ knife, applicable in tracking, mixing, mastering and live setups.” - Jared Vogt, Co-Founder, Wolff Audio

Pricing & Availability

The new connectivity options will be available in Q2 2025. The ProPatch system is available now through select retailers, priced at $8987.
