RCF's prestigious ART series of PA enclosures has been expanded with the 7 Series, representing a fundamental technological step forward, the company say.
The new ART has an aggressive-looking cabinet, which has been designed to dampen vibrations. It also features reflex tubes, which have been re-sized for improved efficiency. The handles are of fully rubber-coated aluminium for a more ergonomic grip.
All models are active, equipped with a new generation of 750W digital amplifiers that deliver 250W to the compression driver and 500W to the woofer. Amp facilities include an XLR/jack Combo balanced input, an XLR output link, volume control and a switchable EQ Mode (Flat/Boost). The amplifier features a solid, mechanical aluminium structure that stabilises it during transportation and also assists in heat dissipation.

All the transducers are equipped with neodymium motors, which ensure better performance and lower overall weight, offering easier transport and improved safety in the case of hanging speakers, RCF say.
The models available include the ART 710-A, 712-A, 715-A, 722-A and 725-A. The range is completed with the ART 902-A and 905-A, two 1000W subwoofers that are equipped with new, high-power, 12-inch and 15-inch woofer designs.
