Scottish mics now available Stateside
Mic manufacturers Red5 Audio have launched a new company to distribute their products in the USA and Canada.
The formation of Red5 Audio USA, which is based in Florida, means that their mics are now available to customers in North America for the first time, through both local music shops and Red5's own on-line store.
The US company currently carries a reduced range, including the RV8 ($225, pictured below) and RV10 ($305) large diaphragm condenser mics, reviewed in SOS June 2002 (read review), and the RVK7 seven-piece drum mic set ($360), reviewed in SOS January 2004 (read review).
