Library music company release Bite Harder
De Wolfe Music, the world’s longest-running film music library, have released the first in a series of classic library music re-issues.
The first compilation, Bite Harder, is available on CD and LP (costing £7.29 and £8.99 respectively), and comprises 19 funk and soul tracks from the ‘70s.
The release is a significant move for De Wolfe, as it’s the first time in their 98-year history that they’ve released a compilation on to the commercial market (although they’ve licensed tracks to labels such as BBE in the past).
Let’s hope future releases include compilations from their immense collection of kung fu soundtracks, and other cult classics. Bite Harder can be purchased from all good record shops.
