Affordable portable keyboards demoed at Musikmesse
The new CT-X series keyboards from Casio all sport a new sound engine called the AiX Sound Source, which reproduces the characteristic sound of acoustic instruments and is eight times more powerful than comparable precursor models in similar price ranges. A special focus has been made with these arranger keyboards on the natural sound behaviour of acoustic instruments such as pianos, strings, wind instruments and drums. The makers of the CT-X5000 (£389) and CT-X3000 (£299) have pre-loaded arrangements into the keyboards based on current chart hits, too.
